The purpose of the work is to study the elements of cultivation technology that affect the formation of marketable products and seeds of various varieties of tobacco (feeding areas, fertilization backgrounds and planting dates) for cultivation in the agro-climatic conditions of the central forest-steppe of Ukraine. Research methods are laboratory, field, measuring and weighing, statistical. The influence of the elements of growing technology (feeding areas, planting dates and mineral nutrition backgrounds) that affect the formation of biometric indicators of plants of various varieties of tobacco, the yield of raw materials and seed productivity in the agroclimatic conditions of the Forest Steppe of Ukraine is determined.
