Disorders of the autonomic and vestibular systems were found in all patients. Stato-locomotor state indicators were elevated compared to healthy subjects, and further increased depending on the degree of brain damage and mainly against the background of vagotonia, especially in the case of insufficient autonomic reactivity and pathological maintenance of activity. Such changes significantly (p <0.05) increased in the presence of subcompensation of ischemic brain damage. Psychoemotional and cognitive disorders were comorbid to vestibular dysfunctions with initial patterns depending on the degree of brain damage. It was also characterized by a decrease in perfusion in the main arteries of the brain, including during functional loads, as a sign of subcompensation of chronic brain ischemia.
