The next stage of measurements with a thin platinum sample has been started, which will significantly increase the efficiency of registration for the processes searched for due to the low self-absorption in the sample. Improved constraints on the half-lives of natural osmium isotopes relative to alpha decays accompanied by gamma quanta escape have been obtained. The experimental limitations of the half-life for the alpha decay of 184Os and 186Os exceed theoretical predictions by 2–15 times, which indicates the need to improve the theoretical description of the processes. New data on radioactive contamination of zinc tungstate scintillation crystals have been obtained: the total activity of alpha-radioactive nuclides is (0.20–0.41) mBq/kg, in particular the activity of 210Po (0.14–0.19 mBq/kg), 232Th (0.04–0.10 mBq/kg) have been measured. Limits of < (0.0012–0.15) mBq/kg have been set for other alpha radioactive nuclides. An experiment to search for rare nuclear processes in natural neodymium isotopes has been completed. A number of improved limits on the alpha decays of natural isotopes of neodymium have been obtained, exceeding previously known constraints by 2–3 orders of magnitude, and several limitations have been established for the first time. A technique has been developed for precise measurement of the half-life of 214Po. An experimental setup with a liquid scintillator and a data collection system with high time characteristics was built. Product Description popup.authors Klavdienko Volodymyr R Romaniuk Mariia V.
