The work was carried out by the order of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine dated 19.06.2023 No. 321 "On the results of the competition for research projects of young scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2023." and the approved list of winners of the competition of research projects of young scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The object of research is the biophysical state of the steppe landscape-climatic zone of Ukraine. The subject of the study is a model of the dynamics of the biophysical state of the steppe landscape-climatic zone of Ukraine, developed based on data from space photography. The report presents the main scientific results obtained as part of the implementation of the project in 2023. As part of implementing the first stage of the scientific project, an analysis of the experience of developing geospatial models of climate change based on heterogeneous data and approaches to determining climate change indicators was performed. The existing geoinformation products, which are the most representative of the Ukrainian steppe zone, were analyzed and selected. The most effective methods of geospatial modelling based on selected geoinformation products and cloud geodata processing environments are also considered.
