This rate equation approach allows describing the entire experimental interference picture, and not a part of it, as it was the case in previous works. Within the considered approach the dependence of the certain level occupation probability on time for different modes (incoherent, single Landau-Zener-Stückelberg-Majorana transition (LZSM), double LZSM, multiple LZSM) is obtained for a double quantum dot based on silicon. The steady-state mode and dynamics are investigated for a transmon-type qubit connected to a semi-infinite transmission line. The dependence of the system upper charge level occupation probability on the pump frequency and the probe frequency at the fixed excitation amplitude and the probe amplitude is obtained. This kind of dependence can be used for obtaining fitting parameters, estimating the system decoherence time, and power calibration. The dependence of the system upper charge level occupation probability on the time and probe frequency at different pump frequencies is plotted. For microwave photon detector model, the dynamics of flux qudit levels occupations for readout and reset stages of detection was calculated.
