Synthesis, structure, properties of ammonium hexafluorosilicates with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity popup.stage_title Head Helmboldt Volodymyr О., д.х.н. Registration Date 25-12-2023 Organization Odessa National Medical University popup.description2  Synthesis of new compounds - 2-, 3-, 4-aminophenylacetic acids hexafluorosilicates (I-III, respectively) was carried out, which were characterized by the methods of elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 19F NMR, and mass spectroscopy. It was found that recrystallization of salt I from ethanol leads to the formation of 2-oxindole, the structure of which was confirmed by mass spectrometry and X-ray diffraction. The solubility of I-III in water, methanol, ethanol (96%) and DMSO was determined, the effect of the solvent nature on the solubility characteristics of salts was noted, and evidence of hydrolysis of I-III in aqueous solutions was obtained. The possibilities of chemical analysis methods for the identification of previously synthesized 3-hydroxymethylpyridinium, 4-hydroxymethylpyridinium, 2-carboxymethylpyridinium and octenidinium hexafluorosilicates have been demonstrated. According to the data of experiments on rats in the conditions of the experimental caries model, the caries-preventive efficiency of compounds II and III is higher than the similar indicator for NaF by more than 1.6 and 1.7 times, respectively. Oral applications of gels containing I-III effectively normalize the biochemical parameters of dental pulp and homogenate of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity of rats that were kept on a cariogenic die Product Description popup.authors Gelmboldt Volodymyr Lytvynchuk Iryna Nikitin Oleksii Shyshkin Ivan popup.nrat_date 2023-12-25 Close
