The aim of the study is to reduce the necessary resources for complex defense product manufacture based on laser stereolithography and finishing vibration-abrasive processing by a rational combination of them. Research methods. An analysis of the complexity of 3D models of products on the basis of their multi-representation, which includes the description of the product by initial triangulation, derived voxel, and final layered models at various stages of technological preparation. The implementation of technological preparation of additive manufacturing by combining optimization tasks on the basis of common objective functions allows for an expansion of the range of rational values of technological parameters and, accordingly, increases the efficiency of the layered building. Based on the results of 3D modelling of the stress-strain state of grinding systems, fundamentally new approaches are proposed for the first time: about wheels on organic bonds, combining the grinding and wheel straightening processes; about wheels on metal bonds, ensuring a controlled process of self-sharpening of diamond wheel grains by using low-frequency oscillations, and control of contact processes in the processing zone is carried out by changing pulses of the force of pressing the part to the wheel. To improve processing in vibrobunkers, the practical implementation of multi-energy processing processes, obtained by combining schemes of energy influences, was performed for the first time. This minimizes production costs.
