In a seven-field crop rotation with 14.3 % sunflower, the output from 1 ha of crop rotation area was: grain – 3.44 t, fodder – 5.82 t and grain units – 6.36 t. Increasing the share of sunflower in the crop rotation to 50 % reduced the harvest per hectare of crop rotation area of grain by 13 % and fodder units – by 12 %. The highest grain collection (4.46 t), fodder units (6.80 t) and grain units (6.36 t) from 1 ha of crop rotation area was provided by a three-field crop rotation of 33.3 % saturated with sunflower, 66.7 % grain crops. The highest indicators of economic and energy efficiency per hectare of the crop rotation area were provided by the 14.3 % crop rotation saturated with sunflowers. Conditionally net profit was 14,018.35 UAH /ha for a profitability level of 51 % and an energy efficiency ratio of 3.40 conditional units. With an increase in the share of sunflower in the crop rotation to 20–50 %, the cost of grain units increased by 3–24 %, conditional net profit decreased by 27–91 %, the level of profitability – by 15–46 %, energy costs increased by 9–42 %, and the energy efficiency ratio decreased by 6–19 %. Application of biodestructor plant remains Organic balance in crop cultivation technology increased the collection of grain per hectare of crop rotation area by 5–7 %, feed and grain units by 4–6 %, digestible protein by 5–6%, reduced the cost of grain and feed unit by 2–4 %, of a grain unit - by 2–5 %, increased the level of profitability by 2–8 % and the coefficient of energy efficiency by 0.12–0.21 conventional units.
