RATS, ORAL TISSUES, BONE SYSTEM, NICOTINE HYPOXIA, ANTIBIOTICS, HYDRAZINE, L-THYROXINE, MERCASOLIL, PHENIGIDINE, ETHANOL, PREVENTION. The object of research is the development of dental diseases under the influence of xenobiotics The purpose of the work is to establish the main mechanisms of the pathogenic effect of some drugs, toxic substances, ethanol and hypoxia on the state of the jaw and bone system of laboratory rats. Research methods are experimental, morphometric, biochemical, statistical. Equipment – UV mini-1240 Shimadzu spectrophotometer, ЕВ-74 ionometer, VLR-200 laboratory balance and ESJ-60 electronic analytical balance, RS-6 centrifuge. Scientific novelty. The development of oxidative stress, inflammation and dysbiosis in the mucous membrane of the oral cavity of rats subjected to long-term effects of nicotine hypoxia, phenigidine, alcohol intoxication or hydrazine sulfate was established. In the bone tissue of the jaws, xenobiotics induced an oxidative imbalance, which is the starting pathogenetic factor for the development of resorptive and inflammatory processes. Antibiotics caused the activation of inflammation, the weakening of antimicrobial protection, the growth of bacterial contamination in the oral cavity, the reduction of calcium absorption in the small intestine, and the increase in the density of bone tissue in pregnant female rats. The development of complications in the maxillofacial system, mucous membranes of the oral cavity and the gastrointestinal tract of rats treated antenatally with antibiotics, mercazolil or L-thyroxine is shown. The need to prevent disorders in the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and bone tissue during long-term hypotensive therapy with phenigidine using a complex with lecithin, β-carotene and plant extracts has been established. As well as prevention with a complex of vitamins and minerals in case of thyroid insufficiency or ethanol intoxication Product Description popup.authors Horokhovskyi Vladyslav Kostychenko Ludmila S Mysonova Irina Oleksandrivna Khodakov Ihor V.
