The purpose of the work is computer modeling of parameters of electron beams and bremsstrahlung photons for direct and indirect schemes of stimulation of photonuclear reactions on electron accelerators to produce medical radioisotopes. Research methods – calculations of characteristics of electron beams and bremsstrahlung photons and factors affecting their characteristics using the GEANT4 toolkit; modeling of actinide fission product yields using the GEF-code; calculation of the yields of nuclear reactions for natural uranium by a self-created computer program for direct and indirect stimulation schemes. The main scientific results – a working program for modeling the parameters of electron beams and bremsstrahlung photons for direct and indirect stimulation schemes of photonuclear reactions on electron accelerators based on the GEANT4 toolkit was created; the optimal parameters of the scheme of direct and indirect stimulation of the photofission reaction of natural uranium on the M-30 microtron were established, taking into account its technical characteristics; modeling of the products of photofission of natural uranium and neutron fission of enriched uranium using the GEF code was carried out; a computer program was created for calculating the yields of nuclear reactions initiated by electrons, photons, and photoneutrons in natural uranium nuclei, taking into account the pulse nature of the initial electron beam; developed a method for rapid determination of integral fluxes of photoneutrons in bremsstrahlung beams.
