Some scientific results were implemented in the legislative work on improving the legal support for the formation and implementation of foreign economic policy in the context of digital transformation, in the development and conduct of training for the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Economic Security, in the activities of public organizations that contribute to the implementation of legal reforms, as well as in other activities. Based on the results of the research, scientific and analytical materials have been prepared.
