Sections 1 and 2 provide comprehensive information on scientific and technical products and other materials to be delivered to the Customer: purchased special equipment for scientific (experimental) work (Section 1) and project documentation on the development of a unique structure of a hybrid decentralized modular power-generating SmartGrid system based on renewable energy sources, electric vehicles as consumers-regulators and highly maneuverable load compensators using innovative Vehicle-to-Grid/Grid-to-Vehicle technologies, storage units combined with an intelligent energy management system (Chapter 2, Appendix B).
