The purpose of the study: is to determine the risk factor of local and distant metastasis and radiation toxicity in chemoradiation treatment of patients with CC for the development of propositions for the correction of antitumor therapy and individualized patient’s accompaniment patients. Research methods: methods of nonparametric statistics, Data Mining technology. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical result is the substantiation of the relationship between the features of the treatment of patients with CC and long-term oncological and therapeutic complications. The practical result is the development of the group of clinical indicators, the ratio of which predicts the risk of the appearance of remote oncological consequences of treatment. Novelty: for the first time, the group of prognostically significant indicators has been determined. Depending on the level of these indicators the risk of distant metastases and recurrences after chemoradiation treatment for patients with CC is determined. Effectiveness of implementation: none.
