A methodology for dynamic kinetic separation of stereoselective reagents and their use in the synthesis of new biologically active compounds has been developed. Enzymatic deracemization of derivatives of dehydroindenols, dehydroindenidiols, vicinal cycloalkanes was carried out and new optically active substances were obtained. Synthesized enantiomerically pure (1S)- and (1R)-1-hydroxy- and 1-fluoroalkylphosphonates, which are convenient chiral synthetic blocks for obtaining new biologically active substances. The asymmetric synthesis of new optically active substituted cyclopentanols, furanols and pyrrolidinols was investigated. The deracemization of organic compounds by the method of enzymatic kinetic separation was studied. Conformational studies of the obtained compounds were performed.
