The selectivity of the developed biosensing system with respect to electroactive substances that may be present in real samples was checked. The cross-effect of substrates and products of all enzymes involved in the work of the biosensor system was also investigated, and the prospective use of this system in the analysis of ALT and AST content in real samples was proven. A biosensory analysis of human blood serum samples was carried out for the content of AST and ALT in them.
