It is shown that preparation of synthesis gas due to the energy of resources that are gasified can be provided only under condition of using oxygen gasification with incomplete use of raw material carbon and formation of coke residue. By means of mathematical modeling, temperature regimes and concentration ratios of fuel/oxygen were worked out to regulate parameters of gaseous products of gasification. The technology of oxygen gasification process of wet carbon-containing raw materials has been developed to ensure generation of synthetic gas, composition of which is optimal for the synthesis of liquid automobile fuels and carbon. Presented equipment for gasification of such raw materials. A methodology was developed, equipment for CO2 removal from gaseous gasification products was created and pre-tested. Equipment uses a special water-amine solution developed at the Gas Institute as an adsorbent. A schematic diagram of an experimental stand for conducting research on the synthesis of liquid motor fuels from solid fuels, including waste through their gasification, is presented.
