In recent years, the most advanced institutes, universities and companies of the world actively use 2D and 3D printers to print industrial objects, bioobjects, etc., and recently also elements of flexible and transparent electronics, wearable electronics, optoelectronics, sensors, solar devices energy industry It should be noted that the technology of printing with inks using nanoparticles (NPs) of metals allows for the production of wiring of electrical circuits, while inks based on semiconductor materials are used for the production of active elements of electronic devices. A feature of this method of printing films is low energy consumption, which allows applying semiconductor films to flexible substrates, including organic ones, tissue and human skin. However, to date, the physico-technological and material science bases of the deposition of films of oxide, sulfide, and kesterite semiconductor compounds using inks containing a suspension of NPs (nanoinks) are not yet sufficiently developed, and their printing technology remains poorly researched. As a result of the implementation of the project, the material science foundations for the production of suspensions of NPs, films and heterojunctions (HP) based on such new promising semiconductor materials as Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS), Cu2ZnSnSе4 (CZTSe), Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSxSe1-x), SnSx, NiO, CuOx, ZnO for further creation of functional electronics elements for the needs of flexible electronics, sensors, opto- and microelectronics, helioeneretics. Laboratory methods of NP synthesis and chemical application of single- and multilayer structures based on the specified materials will be developed Product Description popup.authors Yevdokymenko Vladyslav Yu.
