Scientific novelty. Our experimental studies show that the introduction of DBF into the PAF of laboratory animals (white non-linear mice and outbred white rats) causes the development of delayed-type hypersensitivity with signs of immunological inflammation. On the model of traumatic stomatitis in animals with delayed-type hypersensitivity, it was proven that with the use of prednisone and solcoseril, the complete recovery of the mucous membrane of the cheek is noted at the bottom earlier than with the other means. The conducted biophysical studies of the mucous membrane of the cavity indicate that people with lichen planus show a decrease in the effectiveness of functional reactions in the oral cavity, which requires the development and implementation of effective treatment and prevention measures in this case as well. The use of complex therapy in patients with the moldbaked exudative erythema, which includes the drug "Solcoseryl" in combination with the drugs "Interferon" and "Prednisolone" led to a certain normalization of the reaction of capillaries to non-physiological stress.
