The purpose of the work is to improve the methods of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disorders in the tissues of the oral cavity in patients, depending on environmental, alimentary factors and somatic pathology, which affect the occurrence and course of the main dental diseases. The conducted studies showed that the treatment-prophylactic complex, developed taking into account the identified genetic disorders of amelogenesis, collagen formation, detoxification and inflammatory reactions, made it possible to slow down the caries process (at 7 years, caries prevention efficiency was 52.9%, at 12 years – 66.7%, at 15 years old - 33.9%), to normalize periodontal and hygienic indices at all stages of prevention in children living in the zone of anthropogenic pollution by petrochemical production. 16 articles, 4 abstracts of reports were published.
