According to the results of tests, an increase in productivity, an increase in the quality of agricultural products, an increase in the resistance of plants to adverse conditions, an increase in the productivity of crop rotations, an improvement in the phytosanitary status of crops, an increase in fertility, preservation and improvement of soil fertility, a reduction in the costs of growing agricultural crops, labor costs and energy resources for 20-30%, reducing the pesticide load on the environment. In 2023, 9 developments were implemented in the agricultural formations of the Cherkasy region. The results of the experimental implementation point to the possibility of wide development in production, make it possible to estimate the possible labor and material costs, point to the prospect of bringing the innovation to the agricultural market. The introduction of elements of plant production technology made it possible to ensure a noticeable economic effect, increase labor productivity and the quality of agricultural products In 2021-2023, 7 developments were tested and 20 developments were implemented in the agricultural formations of the Cherkasy region. The State Register of Plant Varieties Suitable for Distribution in Ukraine includes 50 varieties of plant breeding stations: 43 varieties of corn, 3 varieties of winter wheat and 4 varieties of tomato. For 2021-2023, 3 applications for State registration of plant varieties were submitted for our own Spalah tomato variety, Morozko variety, Bagryanets variety.
