POLIAKOV INSTITUTE OF GEOTECHNICAL MECHANICS OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES OF UKRAINE (BPMP OF IGTM OF THE NAS OF UKRAINE) popup.description2 For the first time, based on the modeling of geomechanical processes occurring in the massif of rocks around the produced space and the study of approaches to the intensification of the technological process of clean extraction, resource-saving methods of active management of the produced space have been developed, which are based on the principle of natural support of the produced space for iron ore deposits and justification rational mining technical factors of management of the stressed-deformed state of the massif of rocks - for reservoir deposits. The application of the proposed solutions is determined by the expediency of beneficiation of production waste: if it is not expedient to beneficiate mining waste, the cost of extracting 1 ton of mineral should be minimized and the possibility of using waste as components of mixtures for paving the produced space should be minimized; if the waste is valuable, then 1 t of rock mass should be maximized - this is achieved by increasing the quality and completeness of extraction. The application of the above approaches allows to reduce the cost of mineral extraction (up to 28%) and increase the completeness of extraction by 5-10%, and also helps to reduce reclamation costs.
