The purpose of the research is to improve methodological approaches, develop scientific and practical recommendations for the use of biological resources and agricultural technologies for the creation and implementation of bioinnovations. Research methods are dialectical, abstract-logical, economic-statistical. Research is conducted using methodological approaches that are used in international practice, in particular, they must meet the requirements of ISO 17025; as well as according to the scientific publications of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economy" of the National Academy of Sciences, NSAL of NAAS. Main results. Modern methodical approaches were developed and a basic scheme of bioeconomy was built. It was determined that the most promising type of alternative energy for Ukraine is the production of biofuel. It was established that measures to restore soil fertility within the framework of the post-war reconstruction of the agro-industrial complex should be carried out on the basis of bioinnovations. It was determined that bioinnovations in the agricultural sector are a key factor in improving the image and competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products on the world market, ensuring food security and stability of the national economy. A line of varieties selected by the NSC "IA NAAS" that have bioinnovative potential and are recommended for introduction into agro-industrial production are offered: Pokrovska edible buckwheat variety, Albion oil flax variety, Veselka millet variety, White Princess white mustard variety.  Product Description popup.authors Vitvitska Oksana I.
