Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is a thorough study and analysis of the processes of occurrence and spread of fires in hotel and restaurant complexes in order to develop effective strategies and recommendations for fire prevention, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, as well as minimizing damage and destruction. The main idea of the work is the study of fire hazards in hotel and restaurant complexes with the aim of preventing the occurrence of fires and creating conditions for self-rescue of people. Research methods.
