The purpose of the work is the preparation of project data on the cost of services for the training of qualified personnel by institutions of higher, professional pre-higher, professional (vocational and technical) education at the expense of the budget of the city of Kyiv under the terms of a regional order. Based on the results of the research, the project indicators of the cost of personnel training services by professional (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher and higher education institutions of communal ownership of the city of Kyiv were prepared for the formation of the order of the Kyiv City Military Administration of June 30, 2023 No. 409 "On approval of the regional order for training of specialists, scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labor personnel, advanced training and retraining of personnel at the expense of the budget of the city of Kyiv for 2023" (with changes based on the results of the introductory campaign in accordance with the budget calendar). Taking into account the results of the admission campaign of 2023/2024, the cost of personnel training was calculated on the terms of the regional order for 2024.
