The purpose of the work is to solve a scientific problem in the field of supramolecular chemistry related to the preparation of new surface-active amino acid and dipeptide ionic liquids based on alanine derivatives and their transformation products to create stable chemicals that quickly degrade and respond to all requirements of "green" chemistry. Research methods – NMR, IR and UV spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, elemental analysis, potentiometric and conductometric titration methods. Ionic liquids based on L-phenylalanine and dipeptides based on L-alanine with a pyridi¬nium cationic group were obtained, as well as the expected products of their transformation. A total of 25 compounds were synthesized, which were screened for antimicrobial activity and tested for biodegradation under aerobic conditions. The most promising products were selected for further use, which almost completely degrade in the environment and meet all the requirements of "green" chemistry. It was established that the presence of an amino acid fragment in the dipeptide structure of the ionic liquid, directly close to the positively charged pyridinium cation, significantly increases its biodegradability.
