The aim of the work is to study the anti-burn effect of developed sterile biopolymer materials with immobilized serratiopeptidase enzyme with complex proteolytic and antimicrobial activity: gauze dressings and gel. Experimental batches of Na-CMC gel with included Serratia E15 serratiopeptidase (STP) and two-layer gauze napkins with fixed STP with the help of PVA/sodium alginate with the addition of the antiseptic agent chlorhexidine bigluconate were developed. Sterilization of obtained gauze bandages was carried out by γ-irradiation (23 kGy) at “HEMOPLAST” PJSC. The preparation of Na-CMC gel with serratipeptidase, chlorhexidine bigluconate, and glycerin was carried out in aseptic conditions. A high level of total proteolytic, collagenolytic, fibrinolytic activity of gauze dressings was established – up to 73.2 %, and of STP gel – up to 80 % after sterilization. The obtained bioproducts retained a high level of activity (more than 92 %) for 2 years. In the treatment of burn wound II b, gel-STP rats showed advantages over Iruxol ointment, consisting in partial scarring of the wound and restoration of animal fur. The persuasive advantages of the STP-gauze bandage over the Iruksol ointment are fast and effective cleansing, stimulation of wound regeneration, reduction of the healing period by 1.5 times, prevention of scar formation, restoration of the wool cover of animal skin.
