Research Goal: to increase the effectiveness of comprehensive treatment for oncology patients who have had COVID-19 by improving methods of prevention and intensive therapy based on the study of metabolic and energy peculiarities. Research Methods: clinical-instrumental, biochemical, clinical, statistical; biochemical, immunochemical, and hematological analyzers; Spirography complex "Spirocom," diagnostic complex "Spectrum+," ultrasound diagnostic equipment. Theoretical and Practical Results: theoretical result – scientifically substantiated treatment strategy for oncology patients who have had COVID-19 due to improved methods of intensive therapy. Practical result – developed a diagnostic algorithm and intensive therapy for oncology patients after COVID-19 with thromboembolic complications; proposed comprehensive intensive therapy. Novelty: for the first time in this patient population, comprehensive intensive therapy with the use of heparin or Actilyse; L-carnitine; CIPAP helmet with oxygen-helium mixture; hormone therapy with dexamethasone has been applied.
