It is based on the idea of using hardware and software to analyze large data sets of the state register of court decisions to identify stable judicial system functioning patterns. The purpose of the work: the development of a hardware and software complex for the pre-processing of the texts of court decisions for further use in deep learning algorithms (preprocessing and Data extraction environment) to prepare recommendations for improving and optimizing the functioning of the judicial system of Ukraine, carry out consideration and resolution of civil cases, reducing court costs, developing a system for assessing the risks of achieving the desired result of the trial of civil cases, increasing the percentage of the amount of money awarded, ensuring the effective use of state funds for the maintenance of the judiciary in the state. Research methods: analytical forecasting methods, mathematical methods of processing large databases, machine programming methods, and algorithms for adapting a large language model (LLM) to the tasks of forecasting selected indicators were used to solve the problems in the work. Research results: a hardware and software complex was created to pre-process the texts of court decisions for analysis. 4 articles were published in journals included in international scientometric databases.
