The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with exacerbation of bronchial asthma by conducting systemic enzyme therapy with enterosorption. Research methods: clinical-functional, immunological, statistical. It was established the structure of comorbid pathology in 252 (74.8%) patients with exacerbation of BA, including in 144 (42.3%) people with diseases of the digestive organs. It has been proven that patients with an exacerbation of BA and the presence of comorbid pathology of the digestive organs have worse dynamics of changes in leukogram indicators, T- and B-systems of immunity, cellular factors of natural resistance, the nature of which determines the feasibility of additional use in complex therapy of a combination of enterosorbents and systemic enzyme therapy drugs. A technology was developed for determining the indications for the appointment of enterosorbents and systemic enzyme therapy in the complex therapy of patients with BA, the use of which allowed determine the indications for the appointment of enterosorbents in 34.9%, enzymes in 21.7%, and their combination in 31.9% of patients. Identified immunological criteria, on the basis of which patients with BA and with comorbid pathology of the digestive organs are offered in complex treatment to additionally prescribe a combination of systemic enzyme therapy and enterosorbtion drugs according to the schemes, in accordance with the developed method of treatment, which differ in the dosage of the drugs, the frequency and duration of their administration, the use of which allows increase the effectiveness of treatment according to clinical and immunological criteria by 2.7 times in 65.6% of patients.
