Yanovsky National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description1 To work out the complex of antituberculosis measures for reduction of frequency relapses for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis popup.description2  The object of study – official statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Register of TB patients, results of questionnaire. The purpose of the work is to develop a complex of anti -tuberculosis measures to reduce the frequency of recurrence in patients with lung TV. Research methods: mathematical, statistical, questionnaire. Established: reduction of the incidence of RTB in 2015-2020 by 46,0 %; negative trends – 4 times higher incidence of RTB with bacterial excretion; increased % RRTB, HIV infection among RTB; Correlation between RTB disease and: VDTB (reverse) treatment, MDR-TB and HIV (direct) treatment. Identified causes of RTB: medical (inadequate treatment of TB, immunodeficiency, HIV infection, concomitant pathology), organizational (low coverage of fluorography, insufficient TB prevention in risk groups, financial and infrastructure difficulties, lack of social treatment), social treatment) bad social conditions, migration). Lung destruction, bacterial excretion, MDR-TB, social risks contribute to RTB. Criteria for assessing RTB control assessment: dynamics of incidence on RTB with bacterial excretion, % of patients with RTB with a positive smear and with bacterial excretion among the detected. Developed ways of prevention and early detection of RTB, which are based on TB detection standards, ensuring access to treatment, taking into account human needs, reducing the risk of contact infection, prophylactic treatment of TB, the introduction of which will help to achieve the targets of WHO (TB incidence – 7,1 per 100 thousand population, TB treatment efficiency – 85,0 %). Organizational measures of control over RTBL: general ways, measures that directly and indirectly affect the prevention of RTB, their introduction will allow to achieve 90,0 % of the effectiveness of treatment of VDTB, 75,0 %-for MDR-TB and co-infection: TB/ HIV and 85,0 % for RTB, TB incidence – 40, mortality – 5 per 100 thousand population.The field of application is phthisiology Product Description popup.authors Bushura Iryna V.
