When setting a more general problem, it is worth noting that reality, as an indispensable aspect of any activity, is directly related to various entities. Understanding reality becomes impossible without a deep awareness of the independent entities with which we work, as well as the nature of their relationship. Solving programming problems is also impossible without understanding independent entities and their interaction. At the first level, this interaction is due to the classification of the entities used depending on their importance for a specific problem into main and secondary ones. This hierarchy forms the basis for the concept of a system of subject-object relations, which will be used to create the corresponding environments. Most modern problems differ in that it is generally impossible to immediately and forever draw a clear line between the main and secondary aspects. Such solutions, as a rule, include many steps. Moreover, these steps themselves are often interrelated and, at this time, cannot even be fully covered or described. That is why, in this context, we can only talk about the development of a tool that would guide the design process in the "necessary" direction. The "required" direction implies that each subsequent step should at least not violate the already established level of division into main and secondary, and it should also correspond to this division. Such a tool would serve as a universal tool for enriching the considered aspects of the decision-making process. Therefore, its essence is complex and related to the main problems and tasks.
