Registration Date 04-01-2024 Organization Institute of Agricultural Microbiology and Agro-industrial Manufacture of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences popup.description2  The purpose of the work is to develop a microbial preparation with multifunctional action to optimize the processes of destruction of plant residues. Research methods — microbiological, biochemical, field research. For the first time, a microbial preparation with a multifunctional effect, Microbacterin, was created, which contains living cells of Bacillus sp bacteria. IMB – B 8057, Bacillus sp. IMB B-8058, Paenibacillus polymyxa IMB B-8059, Pseudomonas sp. IMV B-8060, Pseudomonas sp. IMV B-8061 and extracellular metabolites with cellulolytic, antifungal, growth-stimulating, phosphate-mobilizing activity and is intended in agriculture to accelerate the decomposition of crop residue by-products. Under the influence of representatives of the genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas, the microbiological processes of mineralization of the leaf-stem mass of sunflower during the growing season in the soil of agrocenoses of peas of the Caesar variety (the first year after the introduction of plant residues) and spring barley of the Podiv variety (the second year after the introduction of plant residues) indicate an increase in the number of cellulolytic microorganisms relative to control, cellulase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase activities of the soil are activated. Indicators of the biochemical coefficient of accumulation of humus according to Muromtsev testify to the strengthening of the intensity of the decomposition of organic matter with the introduction of plant residues in comparison with the control and prove the effectiveness of the action of Microbacterin. Applications for bacterial strains and the method of manufacturing the multifunctional microbial preparation Microbacterin for optimizing the processes of destruction of plant residues, which will contribute to the restoration of soil fertility, have been submitted to the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property". The introduction of microbiological techniques in agriculture will ensure the return Product Description popup.authors Pishchur Ivan Tokmakova Luybov Mykolayivna Trepach Alla O popup.nrat_date 2024-01-04 Close
