Based on the molecular genetic analysis results of β-tubulin 1st and 2nd intron length polymorphism, amplicons were found corresponding to the expected lengths of amplicons from the loci of the discovered β-tubulin genes, and the studied samples were clearly distributed by ploidy. At the SSR analysis, partial differentiation of samples by geographic parameter was observed. The results of the molecular genetic polymorphism study of Ukrainian origin C. microcarpa make it possible to clearly differentiate natural populations that can be used for C. sativa variety breeding improvement.
