The purpose of the work is to develop the scientific foundations and carry out agroecological substantiation of the formation and functioning of balanced agrophytocenoses of potatoes under organic production on the basis of research and analysis of factors that affect crop productivity in the Western Polissia zone. Scientific substantiation of biological protection and fertilization systems for organic potato production was carried out. The following biological protection systems turned out to be the best: 1) treatment of tubers with Regoplant 50 ml/t + 3-time treatment with Regoplant 50 ml/ha during the growing season (Kee -2.46) against the background of the predecessor of oats for grain + mustard for siderate; 2) treatment of Stimpo tubers - 15 ml/t + 3-time treatment of Stimpo 15 ml/ha during the growing season (Kee-2.09) against the background of oats for grain + mustard for siderate + introduction of stubble biodestroyer "Biocomplex BTU" - 2, 5 l/ha. The highest value of conditional net profit – UAH 19,054.9/ha and UAH 18,543.6/ha, with a profitability of 186% and 154%, was obtained by processing Phytohelp tubers – 1.0 l/t + 3-time spraying of Phytohelp – 1.0 l/ha during the growing season against the backdrop of applying Actofit - 200 ml/ha and stubble biodestroyer + Actoverm 2.5 l/ha. The average yield of potatoes against the background of the aftereffect of vico - oats per grain + mustard per siderate, Actofit is 10.76 - 13.95 t/ha.
