Purpose of the work: to study the superfluid self-gravitating Bose-Einstein condensate with non-zero angular momentum as the main physical component of cold dark matter (CDM) concentrated in haloes of galaxies and their clusters. In order to reconcile such a CDM model with the observed data, to investigate the quantum properties of this CDM model, to analyse its soliton structure, and to study the stability and dynamics of such a CDM. Research methods: mean field model, Gross-Pitaevskii-Poisson equation, numerical methods. Results and novelty: For stationary structures of dark matter consisting of ultralight bosonic particles in the Bose-Einstein condensate state, a comparison of the cases of spherically symmetric and vortex states of the galactic core was made using the system of Gross-Pitaevskii and Poisson equations. It is shown that a halo with a vortex core is characterized by a lower orbital velocity in the region of the galactic disk compared to a non-rotating halo. It was found that the vortex state of the core creates a gravimagnetic disturbance of the dynamics of a celestial body, which can change circular trajectories.
