The purpose of the work is to calculate the doses of intrauterine and postnatal radiation of thyroid gland for residents of Ukraine whose mothers were pregnant in May-December 1986, as well as the preparation of information on paper media and the appropriate software to replenish the archive of direct measurements of the content of radioiodine in the thyroid gland of residents of radioactively contaminated territory. Research methods are empirical and theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy, abstraction, deduction), mathematical modeling, computer programming, statistical data processing. The calculation of radiation doses to the thyroid gland was performed for persons whose mothers had direct measurements of radioactivity in the thyroid gland during their pregnancy at the early stage of the Chernobyl accident (April-December 1986). An assessment of the uncertainty of the dose calculations was carried out. The average value of the total (intrauterine and postnatal) radiation doses of the thyroid gland, calculated during the stage, is estimated as 241 mGy. In 2023, 10,899 results of measuring of radioactive iodine content in the thyroid gland in children of the former Ovrutsky and Olevsky District of the Zhytomyr Region were entered into the electronic database. Revision and verification of database fields on the results of WBC measurements in 1986 of residents of Kyiv and Kyiv region (33,328 records) was carried out. 22,286 clarifications and corrections were made to database fields; 1,106 new records found on paper media were entered into database too. Implementation: in 2023, two articles were published in the international scientific journals, three reports were made at the international conferences, and an act of implementation was received.
