The object of the study: the process of formation of national solidarity among pupils and student youth. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the formation of national solidarity among pupils and students in the conditions of war and post-war times. Research methods: theoretical - study, analysis and generalization of scientific literature with the aim of developing scientific approaches to determining the essence and content of basic concepts, developing and substantiating pedagogical conditions for the formation of national solidarity among pupils and student youth; systematization and classification of empirical information; methods of comparative analysis, interpretation and generalization of facts; modeling; empirical - study, analysis and generalization of methodical materials on the problem; ascertaining, formative and control stages of the pedagogical experiment; statistical - methods of mathematical statistics and processing of research results; monitoring of the implementation of SR results. Novelty of the performed work: scientific sources are analyzed, basic concepts are clarified, structural components, values are characterized, criteria, indicators, levels of formation are determined; the methods of ascertainment experiment were developed, the ascertainment experiment was conducted, the results of the ascertainment stage of the research were analyzed. Degree of implementation: SR results are reflected in published intermediate research results - analytical materials, articles, materials of scientific and practical conferences.
