The purpose of the study was to investigate the peculiarities of the functioning of organizational forms of innovative entrepreneurship, in particular, innovation-oriented production enterprises, quasi-integrated structures of interacting enterprises, startup projects under conditions of neo-industrial economy development. The study developed a classification of innovation-oriented enterprises according to the specifics of their functioning in accordance with the innovative model of functioning and proposed a mechanism for their functioning under conditions of a neo-industrial economy. The mechanism provides for the transformation of the subject of economic interaction into economic resources and the ability to develop an innovatively oriented enterprise based on the appropriate business model of operation. The methodology of the program-targeted development of quasi-integrated structures of interacting enterprises, which is based on the concept of the life cycle and the principles of polycentric management of network entities, wss substantiated. The current problems of protecting the intellectual property rights of innovative enterprises were analyzed. Based on a systematic approach, the study developed a theoretical concept of startup ecosystem as a component of the innovation ecosystem. The functional peculiarities of the structural components of the domestic startup ecosystem were analized including startup projects and key feeders of startup ecosystem. The dynamics of the development of investment companies, innovative entrepreneurship and the volume of venture financing in Ukraine compared to other countries of the world were analyzed.
