The purpose of the work is to analyze the theoretical and applied problems of the development of Ukrainian society in the aspect of transformational changes. In the research work, an analysis of theoretical and applied problems of the development of Ukrainian society in the aspect of transformational changes was carried out, in particular, the following tasks were implemented: — to analyze the modern state language policy in the aspect of democratic transformations of Ukraine (chapter 1); — to investigate the problems of forming entrepreneurial skills through economic and technical education based on the methodology used by incubators and accelerators (Chapter 2); — to analyze the peculiarities of the organization of pedagogical training of teachers of technical institutions of higher education abroad (Chapter 3); — to consider the relevance of the labor issue for the industrial development of the Dnieper region in the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries. (Chapter 4); — to analyze the disclosure of the symbolism of the elements of the internal content, to consider the artistic details through which the ritual, magical and religious folk thinking is revealed (chapter 5); — to investigate the system of facts that determine the characteristic features, signs and functions of the language (Chapter 6); — to investigate the aspects of studying the peculiarities of the history of house-building and life in the Dnieper region (Chapter 7); — to characterize the peculiarity of the formation of linguistic identity in the modern globalized cultural space (Chapter 8). In accordance with the main areas presented in the report in 8 chapters, the results of research works of scientific and pedagogical workers of the department of Ukrainian studies, document studies and information activities are given.
