Probable signs of post-traumatic stress disorder were found in 36% of people, the connection with the factor of military migration was proven, sleep changes was found in 86% of such persons. The war changed the lifestyle: 7% of people lost their jobs; 45% became forced migrants. Half of people had a worsening of their chronic diseases, 28% - shortage of medicines, 22.5% - problems with access to medical care. It was determined: 91% of people drink alcohol, 46% of people smoke; since the beginning of the war, every fifth person drinks more alcohol, every third smoker smokes more. The diet of 41% of people changed: 48% began to overeat, 37% experienced food shortages, 15% lost appetite; 43% of people began to eat more sweets, the main deficits: fish (33%), fresh vegetables (20%). At the beginning of the war, 24% of people had food stocks. A longitudinal study revealed the persistence of a shortage of fresh vegetables and fruits in the diets of Ukrainians: 48 and 56% of cases in 1993 and 69 and 69% of cases in 2023. Salt consumption: 12% of people like salty; 42% add salt to ready-made food; 33% consume salty products several times a week, 11% - daily. Body mass index analysis: 55% of people - normal body weight, 7% have a deficit, and 38% are overweight. High levels of salt consumption, excess weight, lack of fruit and vegetable consumption are proven risk factors for ADD. The developed concept of diagnostic-prophylactic measures based on differential-diagnostic tables, defined objective selection criteria, forecasting algorithm allows with a high probability to timely calculate the risk of occurrence of ADD for prevention and treatment.
