The purpose of the work is the development of methods and algorithms for the synthesis of combined energy sources on the basis of HECE for the selection of rational structures and parameters for specific DPTs. Research methods – mathematical modeling, numerical and physical experiment, diagnosis of electrophysical processes. Numerical and experimental studies of the energy and hydrodynamic characteristics of a high-voltage electrochemical explosion revealed a positive correlation between the chemical energy released in the HECE channel and the pulse value of the generated pressure wave in the working condensed medium, which is an integral characteristic of the force action on the object of processing. The optimal value of the specific electrical energy during the implementation of the HECE was established, which provides the maximum allocated chemical energy and the maximum pressure pulse, the use of which in the development of energy sources for DPT allows to minimize the cost of electrical energy. For the first time, an algorithm for the synthesis of combined energy sources based on HECE was developed for specific DPTs, which provide the necessary spatio-temporal force impact on processing objects with minimal energy consumption. The use of the developed algorithm ensures the fulfillment of the necessary technological tasks, the reduction of the mass and dimensions of the power equipment, the increase in productivity and the reduction of the energy intensity of the DPT by at least 1.5 times.
