Research Methods: Theoretical methods include systematic analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, and interpretation of literary sources and theoretical approaches from the selected problematics present in psychology and related sciences. Empirical methods include observation, surveys, content analysis of self-report questionnaires, testing, and expert assessments. Mathematical and statistical methods involve correlation analysis, factor analysis, comparison of means using the t-Student criterion, utilizing the SPSS 21.0 for Windows statistical data processing program, and qualitative analysis (content analysis of self-reports, the "axes" and "profiles" method). The psychodiagnostic complex included over 40 different techniques and diagnostic procedures. In addition, original author's psychodiagnostic methods were applied, developed by the creative group of the department. Scientific Novelty of the Research Results: The psychological content of the phenomenon of self-realization of personality and professional self-realization has been determined, characterized as a phenomenon, as a complex system of components (subsystems and elements). A structural-functional model of self-realization as an integral characteristic of personality within the context of a continuum-hierarchical approach has been constructed. The content of each level of self-realization structure (formal-dynamic, content-personal, and social-imperative/normative) has been outlined. Resources and predictors of self-realization, as well as external and internal factors blocking the manifestations and development of self-realization, have been identified and described.
