The subject of the scientific work: economic relations that arise between business entities in the system of ensuring sustainable development and resource security, taking into account disruptive technologies and the digital transformation of Ukraine's economy. The purpose of the work is to develop a scientific-methodical complex and practical tool for Ukraine's transition to the additive economy model based on the justification of the introduction of disruptive technologies and digital transformation, which ensures progressive social development, resource security of the country, and high competitiveness of the national economy. As a result of the implementation of the third stage of the research methodological approaches for assessing the impact of digitalization on GDP as an indicator of sustainable development were developed and tested, and it was found that access to the Internet, as an econometric tool for achieving digitalization and reducing transaction costs, has a statistically significant impact on GDP per capita. The method of assessing the effects of the spread of disruptive technologies in socio-economic systems has been improved, an array of data on the results of the effects assessment has been obtained, and the nature of the digital transformation of Ukraine in 2017-2022 has been established. Improved scientific and methodological approaches to the substantiation of drivers of economic growth (Sustainable Development Goals indicator No. 8 “Decent work and economic growth”), in which, unlike the existing, based on Chou's econometric tests, the test Quantt – Andrews and the Baye – Perron test, an economic-mathematical model was built.
