The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring gas and endogenous fire safety during the dismantling of the equipment of the excavation section of the northern root lava of the k8 layer of the "Novodonetskа" mine of the PE «Management of the mine "Novodonetskе" of the SE "Dobropillyavugillya-vydobutok". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the progress of the dismantling of the equipment in the northern root lava of the "Novodonetska" mine was analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas and endogenous fire safety during the dismantling of equipment of the excavated section, which is extinguished, of the northern root lava of the «Novodonetskа» mine" have been developed. It was agreed to extend the deadline for dismantling the equipment and isolating the dismantling area of the northern root lava until the end of the excavation field 1 of the northern lava slope № 2, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations for ensuring gas and endogenous safety.
