The relative number of cases with HHD, CHD, and HF increased significantly from the 2nd (20 years after exposure) to the 3rd stages (30 years), at the 4th stage (40 years), it practically did not change. The dynamics of quantitative indicators of comorbidity according to the CIRS scale increased from the 2nd to the 3rd stages and slightly decreased in the 4th stage. Concentric hypertrophy of myocardium left ventricle (LVH) three times prevailed in the proportion of eccentric LVH. At the 4th stage, as a result of HHD, CHD and HF progression the number of EW with a thickened posterior wall decreased with a further increase of end-diastolic size, which led to the transition of concentric LVH to eccentric LVH. The relative telomere thickness (RTL) of peripheral blood lymphocytes had no reliable relationship with the radiation factor. Its correlation with factors of a non-radiative nature was random rather than regular in nature. Quantitative indicators of comorbid pathology according to the CIRS scale indicate a more severe course in EW than in the control group. HHD and CHD in combination with HF are the most common diseases among servicemen (SM) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A reliable connection was established between the onset of HHD new cases in the SM and missile wound of extremities and the presence of obesity. The onset of CHD new cases is related to the patient's age. The development of ventricular rhythm disorders in SM is connected with military operations, mine-explosive trauma and wounds, whilst supraventricular extrasystoles was connected with CHD presence. According to study of heart rate variability in SM the frequency of indicators that characterizing "fast" neurohumoral activity is increased significantly.
