At the same time, when choosing a rational solution, it is advisable to take into account the impact of the determining organisational, technological, technical and managerial factors. To evaluate decisions in relation to these factors, it is necessary to find a rational value of the management efficiency criterion. In accordance with this, mathematical models have been developed that are based on taking into account the systemic impact of the determining factors and are intended to quantify the level of achievement of a given result, in particular, by the criterion of the duration of reconstruction of industrial buildings with a change in functional purpose. A methodical approach to the organisation of the system of operation of residential high-rise buildings when creating associations of co-owners of apartment buildings or with the involvement of management companies, taking into account the characteristics of high-rise buildings and the specifics of their operation, is proposed. The use of complex information models of a building is proposed, which will result in optimisation of the use of limited resources, identification of reserves for the release of resources and directions of their use, which will help to increase the level of profitability of construction production, provided that its resource potential is used effectively.
