The object of the study: an information system created in accordance with the laws of Ukraine on the basis of legal acts of state bodies for use by the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, central bodies of executive power, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, institutions and enterprises belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the work: to study the possibility of creating and implementing a unified system of collecting, accounting and exchanging information in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the development of weapons, military and special equipment. Research methods: the research was conducted by the method of studying information materials regarding the creation of information systems, in particular the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The result of the work is the analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific and technical information on the subject of research, the development of recommendations for the creation and implementation of a unified system of collection, accounting and exchange of information in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the development of weapons, military and special equipment. The relevance of the work is confirmed by the availability of an order from the Department of Material and Technical Support of the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine (letter of the Department of Material and Technical Support of the Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine dated November 5, 2020 No. 0.713-14802/0/6-20).
