The purpose of the work is to develop highly effective technical and technological solutions for fastening, explosion, seismic, gas and fire protection and technical diagnostics of the underground constructions state of the mining industry and other critical infrastructure facilities, including dual-use, to increase their reliability, operational safety and improve operational characteristics. The main factors affecting the loss of stability of underground constructions, the occurrence of fires and other accidents of catastrophic scale are determined. Classification of accidents in mining facilities and critical infrastructure facilities, including dual-use ones, was carried out. Parameters of management of the mining environment state in case of accidents and seismic protection of ground constructions, methods and criteria for assessing the technical state of dual-purpose underground constructions are substantiated. Combined systems for fixing various constructions, including metro shelter objects, have been developed. Methodology for calculating the parameters of supporting connections of mine working, shelter chambers and seismic protection elements of constructions have been developed Scientific significance consists in obtaining new knowledge in the field of geomechanics of the system "massif - constructions - support" taking into account external seismic actions and thermogasodynamics of the massif. Practical significance consists in the development of highly effective technical and technological solutions for the fastening and protection of underground constructions for various purposes and the corresponding regulatory and methodological base.
