The impact of technological innovations on the efficiency of urban transport systems was examined, particularly the use of electronic platforms for coordinating different types of transport. Various approaches to urban logistics planning, taking into account the needs of different user groups, were analyzed. Strategic recommendations have been developed to improve the efficiency of transport systems in the context of increasing urban traffic and growing environmental requirements. Several practical examples of successful implementation of integrated transport systems in Ukrainian and foreign cities are presented. A comprehensive analysis of the formation of an integrated passenger and freight transport system is proposed. Innovative methods such as micro and macro-modeling are used to create optimal transport and logistics strategies. The study focuses on managing transport and logistics systems and creating sharing mechanisms important for recovery after military conflicts. The project includes an analysis of global experience in post-war logistics recovery and considers the impact of COVID-19 on mobility and logistics, highlighting the need for innovation in this area. The appropriateness of using new indicators of efficiency and resilience of transport and logistics systems has been determined, allowing for the assessment of efficiency based on integrated planning. The project also highlights the role of transport and logistics in the sustainable development of cities, especially in the context of the European Green Deal. Theoretical,practical approaches to logistics have been systematized, defining new criteria of efficiency and formulating the concept of integrated transport management.
