Their ability to suppress the proliferation of tumor cells in culture is shown. The proposed compounds are potential non-immunogenic and effective agents with antithrombotic and antimetastatic effects. The participation of the BβN domain in the intermolecular interactions of fibrin(ogen), fibrin polymerization, and formation of the three-dimensional clot base has been experimentally proven. Approbation of disintegrin from the poison of the polychaete as an inhibitor of platelet aggregation in individuals with increased procoagulant potential ex vivo proved that it is capable of inhibiting platelet aggregation in patients with aspirin resistance. Such properties make it possible to consider it as a prototype of a new antiplatelet drug. The combination of turbidimetry and transmission electron microscopy made it possible to demonstrate the difference in the effect of antibodies III-1D and I-4A, which have epitopes within the superhelical part of the D-region of fibrin(ogen), on thrombin-induced polymerization of fibrin. It was found that the acceleration of fibrin polymerization in the presence of the I-4A antibody is the result of the formation of an abnormal fibrin network with areas of different density and a pronounced alternation of knot-like branches and unbranched thin fibrils. At the same time, slowing of fibrin polymerization in the presence of III-1D antibody is not associated with structural changes in the fibrin polymer network. Diagnostic approaches to the study of the coagulation component of hemostasis have been expanded: new kinetic parameters have been proposed that characterize the balance between the processes of formation and elimination of a fibrin clot in human blood plasma.
